Phillip is originally from Port Sulphur, LA. He relocated to the southwest in 1980, moving to Tempe, AZ, then to Albuquerque, NM in 1989. Phillip is a veteran of the United States Air Force, and the Louisiana Air National Guard. He was a successful business manager for over thirty years, before he joined his former partner (CPA, brother) in the accounting and tax industry in 2012. Since then, Phillip became the sole owner of Radcliff Financial Works, LLC. He is licensed to represent clients and practice before the IRS as an Enrolled Agent, and is also an Intuit QuickBooks Professional Advisor. His years of managing businesses provides a unique perspective of challenges faced by business owners and managers, and the trouble-shooting skills to help solve those challenges.

Diana is a staff accountant with 40 years experience performing bookkeeping, accounting, and tax return preparation. Her early work as a full-charge bookkeeper for small companies, and later with a Certified Public Accountant has given Diana a broad view of accounting and the needs of businesses. Prior to joining Radcliff Financial Works, LLC, Diana was the office manager and accountant for Donald P. Sorensen, CPA, where she enhanced her skills in the areas of bookkeeping and tax preparation, both for individual and business tax returns. Working with small businesses is Diana's passion, as she enjoys assisting business owners and bookkeepers to increase their organizational skills, and empowering them to proficiently record day-to-day operations and stay in compliance with state and federal reporting and filing requirements. Focused on services for small to medium sized businesses, she is committed to delivering tax and financial services that meet each client's unique objectives.

Angel joined us in May 2022 as an accounting assistant. Having held positions in the banking, accounting, and customer service fields, Angel is able to tailor her skills to meet the needs to various clients. While working as teller and a small business customer service agent in the banking industry for 5 years, she attended CNM Community College and earned her associates degree in accounting in 2019. After graduation she worked for a local sports store as an administrative/accounting assistant where she was able to apply her education and develop her experience in accounting, accounts payable, payroll and HR. Angel has become an integral part of our team.
